Forward Deployed Software Engineer
Embed directly with a client's team to design, build, and ship AI systems in production — on their stack, alongside their engineers. You turn a strategy into working software that holds up on the mountain.
What you'll do
- Sit inside client teams to scope, prototype, and ship AI features end to end.
- Wire models, retrieval, and evaluations into real products and workflows.
- Harden prototypes into reliable, observable systems clients can run themselves.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete, shippable engineering work.
What you bring
- 5+ years building and shipping production software, ideally full-stack.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or ML into real applications.
- Comfort working directly with clients and leading technical conversations.
- Willing to travel roughly 50% of the time to be on-site with client teams.

Applied AI Architect
Own the technical strategy for client AI engagements — from architecture and model selection through evaluation, safety, and governance. You chart the route and make sure the systems we build can scale.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end architectures for production AI systems across client engagements.
- Lead model selection, evaluation strategy, and AI safety and governance decisions.
- Partner with client leadership to align technical approach with business outcomes.
- Mentor forward-deployed engineers and set the technical bar for delivery.
What you bring
- 7+ years in software or ML, with deep experience designing production systems.
- Strong grounding in modern AI: LLMs, retrieval, embeddings, and evaluations.
- Track record of leading technical strategy and earning trust with stakeholders.
- Willing to travel roughly 50% of the time to be on-site with client teams.
